AddSearch is great for allowing us to manipulate results for internal site searches. We use this to promote our relevant and highest priority content and, in some cases, to encourage users to browse related content. The keyword section is also especially useful to see where users are struggling to find content and potential gaps in our offering. Also, the support team have been super helpful and responsive both through the online chat function and over email (thanks Wyatt in particular!)

We are using the AddSearch widget in our Knowledge Base site, so finding the correct information is essential for us! The AddSearch widget enabled our users to find any required information within our website, split by categories. It includes fuzzy search, which is important for us too. Their customer service is great, as they helped us to resolve our integration issues rather quickly and continue supporting us whenever we need them, for example when we need to re-crawl the data frequently.
Ease of installation. We had our first implementation installed in 15 minutes. Once installed, we were able to promote certain areas of our site over others, exclude areas, set up synonyms, and pin key results to certain keywords. When we needed technical support it was thorough and fast.

Our experience with AddSearch has been great so far. We're using the service to index an archive of PDF files so that we can make them publicly searchable. It's enabled us to increase access to a collection of files that are otherwise difficult to search. The API is great and allows us to easily build a custom front-end interface for our users.
It's an extremely robust search solution that can also be turn-key. That said, it also offers a full API interface and lots of control to be able to put the effort in to make the search experience very custom. Support is excellent: they are responsive and provide lots of avenues for help. They are also flexible - we were able to have our service customized for our needs by AddSearch Engineering which was a nice surprise given the scale AddSearch operates at.
For our website, the Essentials subscription gives us most everything we need at the moment. It is a great way to tailor general and specific keywords to certain pages
