Giveaway Rules & Regulations

Eligibility

  1. Participants: The giveaway is open to AddSearch customers – individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  2. Location: The giveaway is open to participants worldwide unless prohibited by local laws.
  3. Employees: Employees of AddSearch, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

How to Enter

  1. Review Submission: Participants must submit a review of AddSearch on one or more of the specified review sites:

  3. Deadline: Reviews must be submitted by 11:59 PM UTC on August 31, 2024.

Prizes

  1. Gift Cards: Each published review will earn the participant a $20 Amazon gift card.

Winner Selection & Notification

  1. Immediate Rewards: $20 Amazon gift cards will be awarded upon verification of each review.
  2. Notification: Participants will be notified via email within ten (10) days following submission. AddSearch shall have no liability for a participant’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for participants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

General Conditions

  1. Review Authenticity: Reviews must be honest, original, and not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.
  2. Compliance: Participants must comply with the respective review site’s terms and conditions.
  3. Disqualification: AddSearch reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

Privacy

  1. Data Use: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the AddSearch website.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Responsibility: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless AddSearch and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such participant’s participation in the giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
