AddSearch is compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0 AA) and GSA Section 508 IT-accessibility program. These guidelines and programs ensure access to content for users with disabilities.
The ADA standard outlines requirements for websites and digital platforms but does not define specific criteria for digital accessibility. In practice, meeting ADA standards for web accessibility is generally accomplished by following WCAG guidelines.
Public agencies and educational institutions are required to comply with the accessibility guidelines and programs. To meet the requirements, AddSearch has been developed together with web managers from public agencies and educational institutions.
